Buxton - The Source of Inspiration No wonder Buxton is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Peak District. In recent years the spa town?s famous Georgian architecture has provided an impressive backdrop to a rich and vibrant growth in a whole range of cultural activities. Add to this the stunning ornamental gardens, a wealth of independent and high street shopping opportunities, an ever expanding choice of cafes, bars and restaurants, and you begin to see why there really is something of a renaissance. |
