Our venue The Pavilion Arts Centre is part of Buxton Opera House, Water Street, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 6XN Opened in September 2010, housed in what was formerly the Paxton Suite of the Pavilion Gardens complex, the Pavilion Arts Centre has two auditoria: a 360-seat Main Room and 93-seat Studio Theatre, situated behind the Opera House. On foot The Pavilion Arts Centre is behind the Opera House and can be accessed either from St John's Street or via the Pavilion Gardens.� Download a map of Buxton town centre By car� Buxton is easy to reach via the A6, A515 and A53. The theatre is well sign-posted once you reach the town centre. We've set-up a carpool with Mountain Rideshare to make it easy for you to connect with other like minded visitors coming to the BAF. �Cost effective, sustainable & sociable - like them on facebook.Parking There is free parking after 6pm in the car park at the rear of Pavilion Gardens (N.B. the covered area of the car park closes at 6pm), a short walk from both venues, or in some streets close to the theatre which are not covered by the Residents Parking Scheme.
