Each day we'll have five different speakers from the worlds of adventure, sport and travel. Each session will last about 2 hours and will include its own stories, photos and videos. 24 year old multiple British trials bike champion Danny Butler travels the country with his Extreme Mountain Bike Show demonstrating his team's hair-raising skills on two wheels - he's bringing his bike along to Buxton to show you some of his tricks. | 17 year old, single amputee Maddie Thompson is the youngest member of the Team GB Paralympic Women's Wheelchair Basketball Squad. | ||

12.30pm | Record breaking adventurer and mountaineer Squash Falcolner solo paraglided from Mont Blanc and last year summited Mount Everest - only the weather stopped her jumping off the world's tallest mountain. | As a southerner, fell-running seemed like an obscure and reckless northern pastime to journalist Richard Askwith but he got hooked on running up and down trackless mountains in all weathers and his book 'Feet in the Clouds' has become something of a cult classic. | ||

8pm | This summer ex Para & pro stuntman Gary Connery became the first person ever to jump out of a helicopter and land without a parachute, using his wingsuit to land in a pile of cardboard boxes! | 20 year old World Champion Downhill Mountain Bike rider Danny Hart - described as "the most technically gifted and stylish racer in the world" - cemented his title with a legendary wet weather run in Switzerland and is currently defending his title's rainbow stripe. |
