Arc'Teryx Adventure Shot Competitors Announced

We're excited to announce the 5 competitors in this year's Arc'Teryx Adventure Shot Photo Comptition are:
Alex Messenger - climbing
Henry Iddon - biking
Rob Eavis - caving
Sam Davies - winner of the open category.
Steve Crook - running
Congratulations to Sam who was selected on Feb 1st from an incredibly strong field of open competitors which included last year's winner Alexandre Buisse and last year's runner ip Robbie Shone (who will be giving a lecture on Cave-Photography tomorrow night at the second of the ShAFF Expert Nights at The Showroom). We asked Sam why he enterd the competition and he had this to say:
I'm a 17 year old student who enjoys photography, specifically Mountain Biking Photography inlcuding Downhill, Dirt Jumping and Freeride. I entered the competition because I saw the quality of some of the Mountaineering shots and wanted to see if my Mountain biking shots could compete through the eyes of non mountain bikers. Also because I thought it would a good opportunity for me to showcase my photos in front of professionals and people in the industry.
