Dan's a keen skier, blogger for the Ski Club of Great Britain, all-round outdoor enthusiast and a freelance film-maker so who better to ask to take a sneak peak at our ski/board line-up?

All.I.Can (Sherpas Cinema, 1h 13 mins, showing 6.30pm Sunday 11th March) Dan says: "If you cross the BBC series ‘Human Planet’ and ski films then you end up with All.I.Can – and that’s a great thing! It has an opening scene that the Natural History department in Bristol would be proud of and continues throughout mixing in reflections of the world around us and our impact on it. It’s no in your face ‘Green film’ but is a very considered and subtle movie."
Art of Flight (Brainfarm, Redbull Media House) 80 mins (showing 16.30 Sunday 11th March)
Dan says: "If you want a film that’s BIG BIG BIG in every way this is it……. A pumping sound track, HUUUUGE air, insane lines, incredible tricks and more. It’s a full frontal, in your face adventure."
Solitaire (Sweetgrass Productions) 50 minutes (Showing in Ski & Board Films 1, 13.00 Sat 10th March)
Dan says: "The most beautiful and cinematic ski and boarding film available."

This is My Winter, Xavier de la Rue (Timeline Cinema) 30 mins (Showing in Ski & Board Films 1, 13.00 Sat 10th March)

Sheffield Adventure Film Festival Director Matt Heason who had a record-breaking 230 films to choose from said: “Climbing films are traditionally strong but this year the ski and snowboard films have blown me away. We’re holding two separate screenings as well as showing two feature length ski films All.I.Can and The Art of Flight".
