ShAFF's back, Outdoors Magic

Outdoors Magic writes: The Sheffield Adventure Film Festival is back for 2013 with a record number of films submitted for the three-day event which takes place over the weekend of 1-3 March at the Showroom Cinema.
The deadline for submissions has just passed and with no fewer than 240 films to choose from, organiser Matt Heason will doubtless be goggle eyed by the time the final selection is made early in the New Year. Tickets are scheduled to go on sale around 20 January, so make a note in your diary.
Following on from the success of ShAFF 2012 - 75 films and a 44% increase in ticket sales along with more than 130,000 views of Al Lee's ace trailer - next year's festival will again be sponsored by Patagonia, their second year of involvement and local paper the Sheffield Star will join the Sheffield Telegraph, as the official media partners.
Finally, 'looking for blur' Trail Running magazine editor Clare Maxted will be joining the judging panel.
