Despite the Sheffield Adventure Film Festival isn't just about film. We also have a fabulous line-up of speakers, not to mention live music - though the Sheffield Adventure Film, Speaker and Music Festival doesn't sound quite so catchy. So a big thank you to Jackie Newton at Run Britain for flagging up two cracking talks - the first by mountain ultra-runners Angela Mudge & Jethro Lennox on the world's ultimate running races and the second by English marathon record holder Charlie Spedding, author of From Last to First - who Jackie's had the pleasure of meeting. It's a real lesson in positive thinking.
