Silva expanding into cycling. Outdoor equipment brand plans growth into cycle market; starts by backing shAFF Expert Biking Night. Silva, a manufacturer of headlamps, compasses and other outdoor instruments, is planning to take on the cycle market with its range of headlamps in order benefit from the growth in the sport. Silva supported last week’s Expert Biking Night, part of the Sheffield Adventure Film Festival, which saw multiple national champion Nick Craig (pictured, left) interviewed by adventure sports writer and endurance athlete Nik Cook.
